Shipping Information

All orders are shipped the same day the order is received, if possible.  Orders are shipped First Class through the USPS.  Priority Mail is available but is generally not needed.  Our state of the art shipping system helps us to deliver our orders to most locations within two or three days of shipment.  We do not ship internationally and will ship only to locations in the United States.

Return Policy

Defective items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for exchange of another identical item or a full or partial refund if an identical item is not available. Non-defective items may only be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase.  All return/exchange items must be returned to us in their original packaging and must not have been used.  The amount of refund and/or web site credit issued will be determined at the sole discretion of management.
